- 1 pound, canned crab meat (leg meat recommended, but not mandatory)
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1 roasted bell pepper, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup canola oil for frying
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. Sriracha hot chili sauce
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Shape into patties and set aside. (If crab mix is too wet you can add more breadcrumbs.)
In a large skillet, add canola oil and fry crab cake patties on medium heat until golden brown, about 4 minutes on each side.
Serve them warm, topped with spicy aioli.
