12-15 Chicken party wings

1/2 c. Heavy cream

1/4 c. Veggie or chicken broth

2 tbsp. garlic chili sauce

1/2 c. Cilantro

2 tbsp. Brown sugar

2 tsp. Red wine vinegar

5 stalks of green onions, chopped

1 tbsp. Smooth peanut butter

2-3 tbsp. Olive oil

2 tsp. Salt & 1 tsp. Pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large zip-lock bag and add the chicken wings. Shake the bag a few times to incorporate, then refrigerate  for 1 hour or up to overnight.

In a large cast iron or baking dish pour in wings and excess marinade. Bake uncovered on 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until there is a nice caramelized color on the wings.

After placing the wings onto a plate put the baking dish or cast iron skillet on high heat and deglaze the bottom of the pan with chicken both and stir with a whisk. After mixture begins to boil add heavy cream and let reduce until mixture becomes a thick sauce. Strain mixture, then pour the smooth sauce over the wings and serve. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
